Octavio Dossi Neto is a Partner in CNM’s Orange County office with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Octavio has a broad range of knowledge across several industries, including the life sciences, technology, retail, and manufacturing. His client experience includes de-SPAC and IPO transactions, large accelerated publicly traded companies subject to SOX 404 attestation requirements, early-stage startups, and well-established private holdings with domestic and international operations. Having worked with many companies addressing their SOX compliance needs, Octavio will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the engagement and service delivery.
Prior to joining CNM, Octavio was an Audit Partner at BDO Orange County for five years. Before that, from 2003 to 2018, he served in the audit practice of PwC for 15 years. Octavio adds value to his clients by investing in relationships and staying close to Management, the Audit Committee, and his CNM team throughout the engagement. He believes that honest ongoing communication and collaboration toward problem-solving are key to successful project execution.
