Wellness
MEDICAL
CNM employees enjoy eligibility to participate in their benefits from day one with no waiting period. Employees may choose from a number of medical options through Blue Shield of California and Kaiser Permanente. There are seven PPO plans, four HMO plans, and five plans from Kaiser Permanente.
DENTAL
Optional dental coverage is available through several providers with an employee pre-tax contribution. There are eight PPO dental options available through Aetna Dental, Delta Dental, Guardian, Dental, and MetLife Dental. Two Exclusive Provider Plans (EPP) are also available through Aetna Dental.
VISION
Optional vision coverage available through VSP and EyeMed with an employee pre-tax contribution.
Life Insurance
Basic Life Insurance (Company-provided) for each employee equal to $50,000. Employee Optional Life Insurance, Spouse, and/or Child Life Insurance coverage options available through MetLife.
Disability
Basic short-term disability insurance covering up to 50% of your weekly base salary up to $2,500 is available. Basic long-term disability insurance covering up to 60% of your monthly base salary up to $12,000 is available.
Accident Insurance
Accident Insurance pays benefits which can help employees with out-of-pocket expenses.
Dependent CareFSA
Dependent care flexible spending account available to cover qualified, employment-related, out-of-pocket day care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Maternity Leave
Up to 12-weeks of Maternity Leave with 100% of your salary.

Critical Illness coverage is available for select conditions. Employees may choose a lump sum benefit in $5,000 increments.

Paid Time Off
& Holidays
PAID TIME OFF
Employees receive 15 days of paid time off per year during their first 2 years. After two years of employment, employees receive 20 days of paid time off.
HOLIDAYS
CNM generally observes 8 company-paid holidays per year.
HOLIDAY SHUT-DOWN
In addition to the company standard holidays, CNM shuts down each year between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, providing an additional 5-6 company-paid holidays

Recruiting Process
01. Applying
Your application does not go into a black hole! We actually look at every application that is submitted, so apply!
02. Interviews
Phone Conversation: If you are identified as a potential fit for a position, we will reach out to schedule a time to connect over the phone, to get a better idea of your background and career goals. At this time we can also answer any questions you have regarding the firm. Should the phone conversation go well and both parties are still interested, the next step is an in-house interview with one or two of our team members.
03. Offers
If you are a good fit for CNM, a recruiting team member will reach out to you with a contingent offer that will include your starting salary, bonus structure, and a benefit overview! We would ideally like a response within seven days of the offer.
04. Background Check
Great, you accepted an offer with CNM LLP! As part of our accepted offer process, you will complete a form authorizing us to perform a background check, and submit an application for employment. This process takes approximately three days. Once Human Resources is able to review the report, we will determine a mutually-agreed upon start date!
