Jeremy Wheeler is a Partner at CNM and the office leader in Orange County. He is responsible for overseeing consulting projects within the ATS and CRS service lines. Jeremy currently assists clients with various technical accounting inquiries, IPO readiness, financial reporting, and new accounting standard implementation. He also assists clients with SOX compliance, with projects that range from year-one implementation efforts to full compliance efforts as an outsourced internal audit provider.
Prior to joining CNM, Jeremy was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG, having led his audit teams through complex areas of accounting and SOX compliance. He specialized in audits of public and private companies across a variety of industries, serving on some of the largest technology client’s in KPMG’s Orange County office.
