Nathan Matthews

Managing Partner

Nathan has over 15 years of public accounting experience at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and CNM. Prior to founding CNM in 2003, Nathan was a Senior Manager in the audit and advisory services practice focused on the high-technology, manufacturing, distribution and software industries. He has assisted public companies with a complete range of SEC required filings and has performed multiple acquisitions and due diligence projects ranging from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars for multiple publicly held companies.

Nathan has consulted companies on the implementation of the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for multi-national and newly registered public companies since 2003 and is recognized as one of the premier Sarbanes-Oxley compliance providers in Southern California.

Nathan obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the California State University, Northridge. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

John Russon

Partner, EBP

As a Partner for CNM, John dedicates all of his time to Employee Benefit Plan Audit Services. John has eight years of related experience, ranging from private industry accounting for a global company to public accounting for both "Big Four" and local CPA firms. John's experience includes accounting and audit services such as audits, reviews, and compilations as well as other consulting services.

John graduated with honors with a B.S. in Accounting from the California State University, Northridge. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators.

Tony Radaich

Executive Director

Tony was an audit and business advisory partner at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young specializing in Technology and Retail Consumer Products. Tony has more than 35 years of public accounting experience and was the managing partner of Arthur Andersen's Woodland Hills office. Tony has provided consultation services on a wide array of issues including assisting public companies with a complete range of SEC required filings, development of systems to handle growth, strategy planning, profit improvement, managing internal audit outsourcing and assisting with the development of business plans. Tony has worked extensively with companies to address accounting related issues, including but not limited to, revenue recognition, accounting for stock options and purchase accounting.

Tony graduated with honors with a B.S. from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He was also named the Outstanding Accounting Alumnus from the school. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the executive board of the AEA.

Beatrice Leong

Practice Leader, CRS

Beatrice Leong has been with CNM since its founding and has been an integral member in managing Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and continued compliance projects for several of our Fortune 500 clients. Beatrice has also functioned as the Interim Regional Audit Manager for one of our largest public company clients, and managed internal audit projects for many of CNM's other clients. Prior to joining CNM, Beatrice was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Audit and Business Advisory Services practice and specialized in the High-Technology, Media and Manufacturing industries.

Beatrice has an Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from a local college in Malaysia. She is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which is a British professional accountancy body.

Steven Asamoto

Practice Leader, ITS

Steve has over 22 years of accounting and auditing experience. Prior to joining CNM LLP, he performed IT audits with a “Big 4” accounting firm and private industry. Steve has extensive experience in internal auditing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He specializes in IT controls and security in a variety of industries including aerospace, retail, manufacturing, utilities, banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Internet sales, real estate and entertainment. Steve has reviewed various systems and interfaces including J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle Manufacturing, EDI systems and in-house developed applications. Technical reviews include Oracle, SQL and Sybase databases, Novell, Windows, UNIX, AS/400 and mainframe.

Steve has a B.S. degree from Cal State Long Beach and holds the CPA, CITP, CISA and CIA designations. He is also a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, AICPA, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Internal Auditors.
